UOP Initiates Gamma Pi Chapter of Athletic Training Education Honor Society

On April 30th of 2014, University of the Pacific initiated the Charter Members of the Gamma Pi Chapter of Iota Tau Alpha Honor Society. Stanford ATs Attend IOC World Conference on Prevention of Injury and Illness in Sport

From April 10-12, 2014, several executive members of Stanford University’s athletic training staff (Scott Anderson, Eitan Gelber, Lindsey Dame, and Tomoo Yamada) attended The International Olympic Committee (IOC) World Conference on Prevention of Injury and Illness in Sport in Monaco. Tracey Jaurena Named CCCATA Athletic Trainer of the Year

​West Hills Community College Coalinga Athletic Trainer Tracey Jaurena MA, ATC was named Athletic Trainer of the Year by the California Community College Athletic Trainers’ Association and will be honored during a luncheon April 3. Jaurena was nominated after responding to a medical incident during a WHCC basketball practice earlier this season.
