Moanalua H.S. ATs Host Heart Screenings
Hawaii Heart Foundation and Kaiser Permanente sponsored a free heart screening on November 2, 2013 at Moanalua High School. About 150 males and females from ages 14-22 participated. They all went through screenings and learned hands only CPR and AED. Athletic trainers, Reid Takano and Cynthia Shimoda, from Moanalua High School volunteered to help during the screenings. The program also presented the school with an AED to use in their facility on December 17, 2013.
