College and University Athletic Trainers Committee

The mission of the College & University Committee is to identify and address any and all issues and concerns pertinent to athletic trainers in the collegiate and university setting. These areas include; health related issues of the student athlete, employment issues related to the certified athletic trainer, forming position and/or support statements, forming liaisons with agencies governing college athletics, working with the NATA on issues related to the college/university athletic trainer and forming liaisons with other health care governing bodies

• Leadership workgroup
• Medical Standard Workgroup
• Conference Medical Group
• Sexual Violence Task Force
• Mental Health Workgroup
• Appropriate contact with Minors Workgroup
• 10 for 10 will have continuous review and new topics added
