The 2022 FWATA Annual Meeting and Clinical Symposium will be held from April 28-May 1 in San Diego at the newly renovated Town and Country Resort.

Fees and Cancellation Policies
General Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Refund requests must be sent in writing to salergc@nv.ccsd.net, no later than two weeks prior to the first day of the convention. All registration cancellations will be subject to a $25.00 processing fee. Request made prior to refund deadline will be processed no later than eight weeks after the last day of the Annual Meeting and Clinical Symposium. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the payment received. No cancellations will be accepted after the final day of the Annual Meeting and Clinical Symposium.
Important Note:
Registrants are responsible for being aware of the various cancellation policies/deadlines and applicable refunds for each selection made. The policies/deadlines can be found under the “Fees” tab of the registration website.

The 2022 FWATA Paul Schechter Memorial Scholarship Golf Tournament will be held Thursday, April 28, 2022 at the Riverwalk Golf Club. Scheduled for a 1:00pm shotgun start. Proceeds go toward funding FWATA athletic training student scholarships. We will continue to provide updates as the event approaches.

Please note that the provider numbers vary by category and/or individual sessions (i.e. EBP sessions have different provider numbers that are unique to each session) when reporting the CEUs you earned from FWATA Annual Meetings and Clinical Symposiums. The provider numbers is located towards the bottom of the CEU certificate of attendance.
For Category A CEUs, enter “Annual Meeting and Clinical Symposium” for Activity Title. For EBP CEUs, enter the title to the course you attended. Course titles are located toward the top of the EBP CEU Certificate of attendance. Listed below is the maximum number of CEUs that were available for each category, for each meeting. Registered attendees are responsible for tracking the actual number of CEU hours that they earned by attending various sessions.
