AT Chase Paulson Raises Awareness for NATM
On Sunday, March 20, Chase Paulson, MS, ATC, athletic training student Sarah Jimenez (University of La Verne), and Diamond Bar High School’s ROP Sports Medicine class volunteered for the City of Diamond Bar’s first annual “5k/1k Run Walk 4 Kids” by running the first-aid station. The goal of the event was to fundraise for the city’s youth sports facilities. Partnering with this goal, Chase and his group volunteered in hopes to raise awareness in the city that even youth athletes deserve an athletic trainer.
To celebrate National Athletic Trainers Month at our high school campus, temporary tattoos were spread all around athletics, so athletes, coaches, and administration could proudly display their love of their athletic trainer! The act was reciprocated with the school giving a shout out to Chase Paulson, MS, ATC on the marquee outside the school.
