HCAMP Participates in Annual Hawaii Pacific Health Kid Fest
On Sunday, October 26, 2014 the Hawaii Concussion Awareness and Management Program (HCAMP) participated in Hawaii Pacific Health’s Annual Kids Fest promoting Children’s Health at the Bishop Museum. The Kids Fest is a free community health event designed to educate Hawaii’s children and families on healthy active lifestyles, exercise and nutrition, and injury prevention. The event will offer interactive health and wellness activities, fun games, entertainment and snacks. Volunteers educated kids and their parents by having them play games, such as basketball and soccer, with and without using the concussion goggles. This is the second year HCAMP has helped at the HPH Annual Kid’s Fest.
