The FWATA Public Relations Committee is pleased to announce the winner of the Excellence in Athletic Training Award. Each quarter, the Excellence in Athletic Training Award celebrates District 8 athletic trainers or athletic training student members who display an exceptional commitment to mentoring, professional development or enhancing the quality of health care.

This quarter’s winner, and very first recipient, is Holli Jackson MS, ATC, LMT of Edison High School in Huntington Beach, CA.

“Wow! Thank you so much. I am literally in tears….as athletic trainers our jobs tend to be rather thankless so it is such an amazing feeling knowing that I have been recognized for my hard work and dedication.” writes Holli.

Please help us in congratulating Holli.

D’liese Melendrez, Principal for Edison High School submitted the following letter recommending Holli.
