Templeton High School Celebrates NATM with Annual AT Games
Templeton High School, in San Luis Obispo County, California, held its Annual Central Coast Athletic Training Games. High school sports medicine students compete in events such as ankle taping, ice bag wrap relay, and injured athlete carry to celebrate National Athletic Training Month. Shelby La Mendola, ATC from San Luis Sports Therapy is the Head Athletic Trainer for THS, and the creator and organizer of the event. Volunteer ATs & physical therapists assist in running the games, which are both fun and educational, and includes prizes for winning individuals and teams.
