Waseda University Host Stanford ATCs
Jesse Free and Lindsey Dame at Waseda University
In December, Stanford athletic trainers Jesse Free and Lindsey Dame traveled to Tokyo, Japan to present at the Global Center of Excellence Symposium which was held at Waseda University on December 21, 2013 . The symposium was focused on sports medicine in soccer specifically. Free presented on concussion recognition, management, and return to play criteria; while Dame presented on ACL rehab and functional progression as part of the return to play. As part of their trip, they also spoke to the athletic training students at Waseda.
